Spread your wings ....

It's time for a new challenge at Craftng for all Seasons and the theme for the next fortnight is Monochrome.

I have made a card using a card kit from Paper Creator's Crafts called Butterfly.

I embossed the black base panel with a Die'sire Embossalicious embossing folder and added some black card stock and white card stock to mat all of the layers.

The image is a Jumbled Pyramage topper, these are quite easy to layer up - I always do a 'dry run' before I add sticky pads or glue

I decorated the inside of my card with an insert from the card kit and decorated a box to put my card in.

Our sponsor this fortnight is:

Fabulous sponsor in 2014

and the prize is 3 images from any of the showcased creators
Stitchy Stamps , Scrapper's Delights , Coosty Creations )

Pink House Mouse

This is my second DT post today, you can find my Ooh La La Creations card HERE.

It's time for our mid challenge reminder at the House-Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge, this fortnight our theme is:  Do Not Colour Image hosted by America - this doesn't mean use only black and white, it means you can have colour(s) everywhere on your project, or no colour(s) at all, just DO NOT COLOUR in/on the image itself.  Just make sure you use a House-Mouse, Happy Hopper or Gruffie image to join in.

I have used an adorable image from Joanna Sheen's Happy Hoppers Love Bunny stamp collection, I cut out my image with a Spellbinders circle die and placed it on a scalloped circle die cut. The heart papers are from the Joanna Sheen House-Mouse Triple CD and the dotty papers are from Pink Petticoat.

I have used a Pink Petticoat sentiment cut out with a Spellbinders Banner die and I inked it whilst still in the die. The scalloped border is a Clearly Besotted die cut and the pink heart is a Sizzix die cut with 3D Crystal Lacquer added to it.
